GENERAL

1. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) incorporate any vendors’ and/or agents’ terms or regulations, which you can get from the official ticket agent. Your purchase and possession of the admission ticket constitutes your acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. “TEG LIVE EUROPE”, “Us”, “We”, “Our”, “Promoter” means TEG LIVE EUROPE LTD and/or its representatives, employees and sub-contractors.
3. We reserve the right to implement restrictions/conditions before and during the Event to ensure it is safe. You must comply with any and all instructions given to you by Event staff and stewards, and you may be evicted without a refund if you fail to comply.
4. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove any person from the site, without refund, for reasons of public safety (including for crowd surfing or moshing, use of illicit drugs, aggressive or violent behaviour, excessive alcohol consumption or vandalism), or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury, or for any breach of these T&Cs.
5. We do not advise entry to the site if you believe that you may have been infected with Covid-19 and/or you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19.
6. No trading or promotional activity is allowed within the site without Our prior written consent. Sale or distribution of unauthorised goods will be confiscated by Event staff.
7. By entering the site, you give your express consent to your actual/simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time, including CCTV, filming by the police or security staff and/or for marketing.
8. The artist, performer line-up, all billed attractions at the Event and site layout may be subject to change at any time without notice. All advertised performance times are also subject to change without notice. Your purchase of tickets (or VIP Package if applicable) is subject to our right to alter or vary the programme (including the layout of the site) due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless the Event is cancelled (see details below).
9. The Event is an outdoor event. Please bring suitable outdoor clothing. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. 
10. Admission is at the customers’ own risk. TEG Live Europe and its affiliates will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the Event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons or third parties. We shall have no liability for any loss, injury, illness or damage to any person or property sustained at the Event howsoever caused (including by Us and Our agents) in any circumstances unless caused as a direct result of Our negligence and that which cannot by law be excluded or limited. Any personal property brought to the Event is at your own risk.
11. These T&Cs are subject to change from time to time in our sole discretion and We will notify you by posting the amended T&Cs to the Event website. We may provide you with additional updates regarding the Event, including details on access, available services and content, to ensure you stay informed and are ready to enjoy the event to the fullest.
12. These T&Cs are governed by English Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

REFUNDS

13. Refunds are only provided where the Event is cancelled, or when the Event is postponed and you are not able to attend the rescheduled Event. No refunds will be issued after the Event has passed.
14. If the Event is cancelled, we will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as reasonably possible (including notifying you of the details of any re-scheduling). If the Event is to be re-scheduled, you will be offered a ticket (or VIP Package if applicable) for the rescheduled performance of the Event (subject to availability). If you are not able to attend the rescheduled Event or the Event is not rescheduled, you will be eligible for a refund of the face value of the ticket (or VIP Package if applicable) before the addition of any booking or other fees. Options and deadlines regarding refunds shall be communicated to you at the relevant time. Tickets including VIP Packages cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase other than in accordance with this clause.
15. Refunds must be requested from the point of purchase. If you are eligible for a refund, you will be notified of your options at the relevant time.
16. Refunds of any booking fees per ticket or per order fees are subject to the terms and conditions of the point of sale.
17. Personal arrangements relating to the Event including, but not limited to, travel, subsistence and accommodation are at your own risk and We shall not be liable for any losses incurred from personal arrangements or wasted expenditure beyond the ticket refund.

AGE POLICY

18. This is an all-ages event.
19. All under 14s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder (aged 18 or over) who must remain on site throughout the Event as the under 14-year-old’s guardian.
20. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.

TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS

21. Valid tickets must be produced and scanned in order for you to receive entry.
22. There is strictly no readmission on a ticket. Re-entry to the Event is not allowed.
23. If there is a wristband on entry with your ticket, only wristbands issued by the Event in exchange for a valid ticket are valid for entry. Tickets and wristbands from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid and admission refused. Do not buy tickets, wristbands or goods from unlawful street traders/touts.
24. Tickets and wristbands (when applicable) remain Our property until the Event closes and are a personal revocable licence which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time.
25. We will not issue duplicates for lost or stolen tickets or wristbands.
26. Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, without Our prior written consent.
27. If you have obtained your ticket in breach of these T&Cs and/or if you breach any of these T&Cs then your ticket shall be void, and all rights conferred on you or evidenced by such ticket shall be void. If you seek to gain entry to the Event using a void ticket, then we reserve the right to refuse you entry to or evict you from the Event and you may be liable for trespass. Void tickets are non- refundable.
28. Wristbands are strictly non-transferable and will be invalid if removed, tampered with, transferred or resold. Wristbands must be worn at all times for the duration of the Event.
29. Ticket resale is not allowed except through the official ticket agent you purchased your ticket from in accordance with its resale platform terms and conditions. If your ticket agent does not have a re-sale facility, tickets can only be re-sold via a not for profit site such as Twickets.
30. Neither we nor any other party shall have any liability to you beyond the face value of the ticket.

SECURITY & SITE

31. Searching is a condition of entry and you may be searched anywhere on site at any time by security and detection dogs.
32. Without liability to you, We shall be entitled to confiscate any item(s) which may reasonably be considered to be a weapon (or used as a weapon) or which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person.
33. Any person suspected of carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity may be handed over to the Police, refused entry or evicted from the site without a refund.
34. Climbing or standing upon fences, barriers, trees, shrubbery, walls, safety fences, rock arrangements, ride structures, exhibits or buildings is strictly prohibited.
35. Crowd surfing and moshing are prohibited.

ZERO TOLERANCE ON AGGRESSIVE AND UNWANTED BEHAVIOUR

36. Aggressive or Violent Behaviour: Any form of verbal or physical aggression, intimidation, or violent conduct toward other Event attendees, staff, or security personnel is strictly prohibited. Such behaviour will lead to immediate removal from the site and may result in a permanent ban from TEG LIVE EUROPE future events.
37. Unwanted Physical Contact: Unwanted or inappropriate physical contact of any kind, including but not limited to physical harassment, sexual harassment, or any form of non-consensual contact, will not be tolerated. Those found in violation of this policy will be ejected immediately and may face further disciplinary action, including legal consequences.
38. Respect Toward Event Staff and Security: Event staff and security personnel are here to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Attendees are expected to treat them with respect at all times. Any form of disrespect, verbal abuse, or non-compliance with instructions from Event staff or security will result in removal from the Event.
39. This policy is enforced without exception. We reserve the right to remove any individual whose behaviour compromises the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others.

BANNED ITEMS

40. Please note: only bags A4 size or smaller are permitted in the Event site.
41. Banned from Event – Glass, fireworks/pyrotechnics, flares and distress flares, illegal items and substances, unidentifiable substances, new psychoactive substances (NPS), laser equipment/pens, air horns / megaphones, nitrous oxide and associated equipment (balloons / CO2 dispensers / cream dispensers), sky or ‘Chinese’ lanterns, sound systems, spray cans, unofficial tabards/high visibility reflective jackets, blow torches, generators, camping and cooking equipment including disposable bbq’s, firewood, aerosols, petrol burners, any goods for unauthorised trading or with unauthorised event or artist logos, any item that may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon, or which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person, unauthorised buses, coaches or trucks, drones, umbrellas including golf umbrellas, foldable or collapsible temporary seats/chairs including inflatables, tablet and laptop computers, bikes, sleds, scooters (including electric scooters) or roller skates and skateboards. 42. Food and drink. Except for a 330ml sealed bottle of water.
43. No animals, other than guide or hearing dogs, are permitted on site.
44. If you have a medical condition that means you need to bring your own food or drink or medication, please bring a medical note or evidence to support this.
45. No alcohol may be brought into the site. Alcohol may only be acquired from authorised site vendors. Under 18s are not permitted to purchase alcohol on site. A Challenge 21 policy will be in place for all alcohol sales on site. It is illegal for an over 18 to purchase alcohol on the behalf of under 18s.
46. Photographic and other recording equipment is permitted provided that it is for personal non- commercial use only. Unauthorised professional recording equipment is not permitted. In the event of any subsequent commercial use, the bearer agrees to pay the Promoter for the cost of a licence issued by the Promoter for permission to take photographs / visual / audio recordings for commercial use.
47. The use of drones or similar equipment for any reason is prohibited on or near the Event without written permission from TEG LIVE EUROPE.
48. Anyone resisting the confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction.
49. Items that are surrendered or confiscated will not be returned.

50. We may revise our Ticket & Entry Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Notice from time to time. Please check our website for our current terms.
    
    
51. These Terms shall be governed by English Law and we both agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
